You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Changed your mind

If you don't want an item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. It needs to be:

• unworn and unwashed
• with its tags still on
• in its original packaging, if it came in some

You pay the cost of sending it back to us.

Your right to cancel within 7 days

South African law (the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act) lets you cancel an online order for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. The only cost to you is sending the goods back. If you cancel this way, we refund everything you paid, including delivery. Our 14 days already covers this.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us. For faulty items, the Consumer Protection Act gives you 6 months from delivery to choose a repair, a replacement or a refund. We cover the cost of sending faulty or wrong items back.

How to return something

1. Contact us with your order number and what you want to return.
2. We'll tell you where to send it.
3. Send the item back, and keep proof that you sent it.

Please contact us before sending anything, so we know it's coming.

Refunds

Once we've received the item and checked it, we refund you within 7 days. We refund by EFT to your bank account, or by cash send. We'll agree the method with you.

Different size

If something doesn't fit, contact us and we'll help you swap it for another size while stock lasts.
